With over 25 years in the real estate industry, I’ve worked in sales, business development, and PropTech at both local and state levels. My journey began in 1997 as a Sales Associate in Brisbane, quickly earning awards for performance before moving into training, leadership, and state-level business growth roles.
I understand the challenges agencies face because I’ve been there — building teams, developing talent, and navigating the fast-paced property market. Today, through Signature Talent, I bring that experience to help agencies find the right people and candidates find the right opportunities.
